Paint Correction
After carrying out an extensive decontamination wash your car is then brought into the studio for a forensic appraisal. Using paint depth gauges we can calculate more safely how much lacquer your car has to play with. As a former certified car body paint sprayer, our master detailer can assess precisely the best course of refinement. Our basic service begins with a single stage enhancement, this means we machine polish your car with a fine compound, and fine foam pad, removing swirl marks and the lighter scratches. Our full correcting service involves machine polishing the paint with heavy cut pads and coarse compounds, we also use a fixed action rotary machine for deeper scratches as well as wet sanding and even touching up of chips. We only use the highest quality products and tools on the market.
Underbody Protection
Be it your classic pride and joy or a modern daily, it is truly alarming the speed at which the underside of your car is destroyed by UK roads/weather and winter salt. A fully restored car can be protected to stay that way or a more weathered classic underside can be arrested and prevented from worsening.
Typical under seals will be gloopy and ugly creating issues such as trapping moisture between the 2 surfaces or at best making your mechanic hate you whilst also making your car look ugly underneath.
We have been testing and analysing products and methods to come up with a cocktail of practices that pleases everyone and the outcome is a coating that is clear, satin finished, moisture wicking, only 50 microns deep on the surface but packable in crevices and seams, it looks great and causes mechanics no problems accessing bolts/screws, if anything it prevents them corroding.
Underbody deep clean, remove arch liners, wheels and under shields before applying rust prohibiting clear sealant.
